The mantel is in good condition with the expected wear, nicks, and chips including a cracked/missing piece of trim along the edge (as pictured) It measures 57-1/2″ wide, 51-1/4″ tall and 9-1/2″ deep, and has a firebox opening of approximately 35-1/4″ wide and 36-1/2″ tall.
