With 30 cm (1 ft) contours, you are provided with a more accurate description of the bottom structure for improved fishing charts. To gain a clear view of shallow waters to avoid, the shallow water shading feature allows the user to highlight a user-defined depth. BlueChart g3 nautical charts provide industry-leading coverage, clarity, and detail with integrated data content from Garmin and Navionics®. Additionally, Auto Guidance technology is supported, which uses your desired depth and distance to calculate and suggest a route for you to follow, overlaid on your charts. NOAA digital cartography is also available for free download via the ActiveCaptain app. It provides your plotter with classic chart views of NOAA-covered areas, with distinct points of interest highlighted with latitude and longitude information.
