A George III mahogany dressing table mirror, the shield shaped plate with banded mahogany border and boxwood stringing, supported by conforming uprights with turned oxbone finials and brass securing handles, over a base with a serpentine front with boxwood stringing, fitted with three drawers with turned oxbone handles and lock escutcheon, raised on small ogee feet. English, circa 1780. Condition: Overall very good, the mirror is in very good condition, the plate appears to be the original with barely any discolouration, it is securely held within the uprights, the drawers all run smoothly and the overall the piece has a lovely appearance with elegant proportions and a pleasing colour.
