An early 20th century Italian table lamp, the carved wood lamp with polychrome decoration, with a bulbholder fitted to a lobed top over a slender baluster shaft with conforming base, over a dished foot with bold beaded edge. Italian, circa 1910. Condition: Overall very good, the lamp is in very good condition with no damage or breaks, there are some minor losses to the painted decoration consistent with age. The lamp has been rewired using a new safety bulbholder, 2m of braided flex and a new plug fitted with a 3amp fuse. Height = 36 cm (14”)
