An early 20th century mantel clock timepiece in a Chinoiserie case, the eye-shaped central section on slender outswept end supports, on a plinth base and raised on brass feet, the whole with lacquered Chinoiserie decoration featuring figures in garden settings with pagodas, flowers and hedges, as well as geometric designs. All on a pink base, and with a brass bezel to a silvered 3½” dial with Roman numerals and outer minute track and blued steel hands, with an English eight day timepiece movement and Swiss lever escapement and integral winding and adjusting keys, circa 1910. Condition: Overall very good, the clock is in very good condition with no damage to the case, there are one or two very small areas of loss to the decoration otherwise it is in good condition, the movement has been fully serviced and overhauled and is in excellent working order.
